1. Who are we.

2. Meanings.

The following terms are used within this document and when we use these terms, they have the following meaning.

"Enterware", “We”, “Us”, “Company” are references to Enterware Limited.

“Client”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your”, “Yours” are references to You, the person, individual or the individual acting on behalf of a company or third party using our website or services.

"Product", “Service”, “Services” are references to any service, product or plan that Enterware offer.

“Terms and Conditions”, “T’s and C’s, “TaC” are references to this document.

“Website”, “Portal” are references to on which these Terms and Conditions are displayed.

“Your Data”, “Your Details” are references to any information that you have entered via the website to register or use our services.

3. General.

By registering for an account, or using any service, plan or product provided by Enterware Limited (Enterware), the client agrees to abide and by bound by all points in these terms and conditions.

Enterware Limited reserve the right to change any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Reasonable attempts will be made to inform you of any changes to this document and the latest version of this document will always be displayed on our website.

Failure to comply with any point or part of these terms and conditions will result in the appropriate action, as seen fit by Enterware and at the sole discretion of Enterware.

Enterware, Enterware staff, employees, associates, representatives and/or affiliates cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage incurred by any person or group in result of an action taken by Enterware (this covers, staff, employees, members, associates, representatives and affiliates) and / or an Enterware Client or Illegal User (hacker, illegally obtained account). Any damages, losses, fees, liabilities, expenses incurred by any person or group due to the use (or misuse) of any part of any service offered by Enterware or one of its affiliates will in no way be the responsibility / concern of Enterware.

By signing up for, holding an account with or using and service provided by Enterware, the client agrees to indemnify Enterware and all its affiliates, representatives, staff, members and associates from any costs (be they legal, emotional, monetary or other) that arise from the participation of a Client in any Enterware service.

Enterware reserves the right to refuse any service offered to any client at any time and at the sole discretion of Enterware.

Enterware reserves the right to suspend and / or terminate and Client account, product or service at any time and at the sole discretion of Enterware.

The client agrees to use their account, service and / or product lawfully. The use of any product or service to host or promote any illegal material or activity will result on the service and / or product to be terminated without notice or warning and without any refund.

This agreement applies for the length of time that a Client has an account or uses services or products provided by Enterware. The minimum length of contract is 6 months.

All prices exclude VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders.

Enterware is a member of Nominet, and as such, any client agreeing to these terms and conditions also agree to the terms and conditions set out by Nominet. Copies or the Nominet Terms and Conditions can be found on the Nominet website. (

By submitting an order to Enterware, you agree to provide true and valid information that will be passed on to Nominet during the registration process.

Enterware reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason. When we do refuse an order, we will inform you that we will not process the order. Any fees paid by you in respect to the order will be refunded unless you owe money from a previous order.

As soon as Enterware receive payment for your order, Enterware will start to process the order.

5. Service.

All requests to register a domain name are subject to availability. When Enterware accept an order for a domain name it is not an acknowledgement that the domain name is available to register

If, after we have accepted an order, we are not able to register the domain name successfully with Nominet we will refund the registration fee you paid to us

By placing an order with us, you agree that any domain name registered, may subsequently challenged and / or cancelled by a third party.

We will register the domain name for the period that you have paid for, including and free or special offer periods.

We will set the domain name to use our name servers unless you inform us otherwise.

Our name servers will direct traffic from your domain name to a holding page of our choice unless you inform us otherwise.

You agree that Enterware will be registered at the Administrative Contact for the domain name ordered.

6. Renewals.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any or all of your registered domain names are renewed prior to the expiry date. Enterware will not be held responsible for any domain names that expire.

We will attempt to contact you 60 days before your domain name is due to expire and invite you to renew at our current renewal price. It is your responsibility to ensure that all fees are paid before the expiration of the domain name

We will renew the domain for the period that you have paid for as stated in our current price list.

7. Transfers.

You may transfer any domain name ending in .uk that you legally have rights to, subject to the terms and conditions of Nominet.

Transferring domain names to us is free of charge

Transferring domain names that expire less that 30 days from the date of transfer must be renewed and all fees paid for in full, before the transfer will take place.

You may transfer any domain name registered with us, that you legally have rights to, to any other registrar free of charge where you do not owe us any monies in relation to the domain name

We will not charge you for transferring a domain name from us to any third party, but you agree to pay any fees imposed by the third party

On receipt of a transfer request, we will use our best endeavours to transfer the domain in a timely manner, but we will not be responsible for any delay in the transfer to your new provider.

8. Cancellations.

You may cancel an order at any time before we start to process your order, subject to a cancellation charge which is noted in our current price list

Once we have started to process your order, you will not be able to cancel the order.

9. Payments, Fees and Charges.

We require full, cleared payment in advance for the registration, transfer or renewal of any domain name registration

Any payments made by you to us will go against any overdue debts owed on your account, starting with the oldest debt.

New registrations, transfers or renewals will not be accepted if you owe us any monies from previous orders.

Once an order has been processed we will not give a refund.

10. Customer Service Levels

We will endeavour to process all orders and renewals immediately once payment has been received. Due to circumstances beyond our control it may take 24 hours for an order / renewal to be processed.

We will endeavour to process all transfer requests within 8 working hours of receiving your instruction. Due to circumstances beyond our control it may take 72 hours for a transfer request to be processed.

You can contact us via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will try to respond within 4 working hours.

If you have a complaint about anything we do, please let us know by emailing, detailing your domain name and your complaint and we will get back to you within 72 hours

If you are not satisfied by the response to your complaint, please email our directors at who will respond within 72 hours.

In the unlikely event your complaint has not be resolved, you may open a dispute with Nominet. Please see for more details
